I ordered there product on friday 10-5-12, as soon as I was given the total 69.00 I hit the submit button I was ok with this price after I hit the button my total jumped up to 119.00 and it had charged my credit card that fast, so I immediatly called customer service they told me I had to wait till my order was proccessedin the system then I could cancel what I wanted on the order I was told to call back every hour to see if it had proccessed we did this every hour till 10 pm talked to a rep everytime this started at noon that day, so on saturday around 5 pm est it finally was processed we got a email so we tried to call to cancel what they extra put on our account well guess what they were closed noone to speak to at all, so i call monday when I get home from work Mrs amanda told me my order already shipped and there was nothing I could do. If I refused it at the door I dont get back my 40.00 shipping and handling, so Im screwed, so on tuesday nite Im in my email andwhat pops up a confermation that my order has been sent on tuesday not monday, I call them im very furious the same lady amanda tells me on monday they were sent a tracking code and it didnt go out till tuesday afternoon, this is the worst customer service ever, me as a consumer got it socked to me from this company... Someone needs to put a stop to these people ripping innocent people off.
