Refusal to cancel subscription

Refusal to cancel subscription of ED Tadalafil. The medicine cause rash on penis and headaches. I requested cancellation in April, June and July. I went to the Web site maleexcel.com with compliant and cancellation. I also called several phone numbers 833-934-7744 and 833-625-3392, but there was recording to leave message and someone will return your call, There was NO response and I have received four months of bottles at $89.00 each month.
