Ripoff bogus leads cancellation fees

I have been with HouseValues since April. Needless to say they have given bogus leads, such as Joe Blow, and incorrect phone numbers.

I have tried to cancel my subscription but if you have dealt with the company you know how that goes. I now have left a message for them to get back with me but as of today they still have not called me back.

Anyone have any suggestions as to how to cancel my subscription with them and not have to pay the fee. Really, if we could afford it would we be cancelling? If I can't afford the subscription how am I going to pay the cancellation fee? Any help would be appreciated.
