Physician's office electronically prescribed generic medication to CVS/Caremark against my wishes. Picked up this generic medication from Walgreens Pharmacy for $7, but got charged $100 for it by CVS/Caremark Mail Order as they stated that it was Brand Name medication for which there was no generic substitute and it was for a 30-day supply, rather than the cheaper 90-day supply. I called CVS/Caremark, and was told that, even though I had not yet received the medication, I could not return the unopened package for refund of my $100. I was told by the customer representative and her manager, Leslie, that they could do nothing for me and I would have to try to work it out with my physician's office. I requested that NO charges be made in the future for any prescriptions by CVS/Caremark without my express telephoned consent.
