Received Games in Erro

I recently ordered two starter kits and video game for my grandaughters 3ds game system. When i received the game and starter kits i found they were for the dsi system. I called to make an exchange. I was told by Lea #220 that i would be responsible for the shipping of the returned items and then they would refund me followed by my making a new order. I agreed to these terms although i didn't think it was fair that i should be responsible for the shipping fees.

Then approximately five minutes later, #122 called me back to instruct me that he was the manager and that his representative, Lea messed up. He further stated that i would not be able to return items. I explained that these items were shipped in error and that i was trying to purchase these items for the 3ds and not the dsi. I didnt even want a refund, i just wanted an exchange for the proper items he stated that it was company policy for no refunds unlesse shipped in error or damaged goods. I explained that i was shipped these items in error and simply wanted an exchange. I also explained about the previous conversation with his rep that was going to allow me to return these items and i would have to handle shipping. He said that htat there was nothing he could do. I have PS3 system, the Wii system and two 3ds systems. I purchased games for all of them except PS3. I stated i thought their prices were fair and i would under normal circumstances done a lot of buisness with them. They didnt seem to care about losing a customer over this silly issue. Needless to say the two dissappointed children who wont get the requested items for Christmas. This is extremely poor buisness practice and corporate really should adjust their policies. I also looked up other complaints regarding this company and have found there are quite a few. I have since cancelled my subscription and am a very disatisfied consumer.
