Willow Ridge - Bedford Fair Apparel
Bedford Fair Apparel, Also Known As Willow Ridge Don't use their credit program!

I recently ordered 2 business suits from Willow Ridge, also known as Bedford Fair, for just shy of $200. They offered me free shipping, and I was approved for their credit card program. I received the suits and shoes, but they were the wrong size and I returned them for an exchange. 4 days ago I received my new suits and shoes... They are still in the original packaging because I've been so busy I haven't had a chance to try them on. Today I received a "courtesy call" from them asking that I return their call. I called them and was connected with their delinquent accounts department where they explained that I missed a payment on my account. I explained that I returned the items and the balance should have been credited. I have a new order and only received the new items 4 days ago. How could I be delinquent? She said that even though I returned the items I was still responsible for the shipping and handling, totaling $17.89. I explained that I was to receive free shipping. She stated she had no record of that and that I would have to call customer service the next day to straighten it out. Frustrated, I explained that I wasn't even going to try the items on and just sent it all back and cancel my account. She was completely fine with that, and reminded me to pay the $17.89 shipping, and also the $20 late fee for the missed payment. I'm not very confident that my account will be credited when I call customer service tomorrow. I have packaged up the entire order, and returned it all along with the credit card they sent me. If you do order from this company, THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THEIR CREDIT PROGRAM!!
