They shipped the same merchandise i had earlier returned for an exchange

Two months ago I ordered 6 items online from the company's website and paid with my visa debit card. Two weeks later received a package containing all 6 items. Two of the six items were not the ones I had ordered. I called the customer service in New York City office and was told to return the two items in question for an exchange. I had complied with that suggestion and incurring additional shipping costs returned the items to the company.

Waited for a couple of weeks and called them again to inquire about the status of the exchange. Lady named Genevieve assured me that the items will be shipped from the Buffalo warehouse shortly.

A week later after numerous attempts on my part to contact the company, I was sent an email stating that they are out of stock on these items and will be issuing me a refund. I waited another week and having received no refund of any kind contacted the company again. A new email had been sent to me with a UPS tracking number claiming that the items had been shipped to me again. I waited for the package and upon opening it discovered the very same items I had returned for an exchange some time ago. Subsequent attempts to contact the company with regards to a refund resulted in nothing.

I am out of $52.00 for the items as well as 15.00 for shipping back to the company. I only wish I had gone online to read up on this company's business practices before placing an order with them. They are true ripoff artists!
