Faulty Furntiture

We purchased a leather sofa occur March. Couple of months reclined back after which we couldn't have it back-up. A fix man arrived and stated the spring towards the handle set it and arrived. He informed us when this occurs again that people may request a brand new chaise (the same our salesperson, Port in the Paradise Area area stated). It broke all over again. Some specialist stated they've to-order a piston and arrived. Nowadays another specialist stated there's nothing wrong using the piston and arrived which is another component they have to-order. We requested to get a fresh chaise the 2nd period administration stated that they have to assess the scenario, etc and it smashed... Not what the salesman or even the first support specialist informed us. We lost $4,000 with this sofa which is faulty and Also The Roomstore doesn't uphold the things they told us. We shall never get furniture again.
