Awful company

To begin with the store-manager chuckled at me after I told him I had been handicapped and had back issues and also the couch was damaging my back. He laughed uncontrollably. I purchased a sofa and loveseat 8 weeks before. The sofa has collapsed. The anti drop springs are beyond dropping. I had been informed from the support specialist Trent to contact the shop and examine it using the store-manager. I simply did that and also the outcome leaves me MAD. The store-manager chuckled and stated 'We never substitute furniture' How challenge anybody laugh in a client for getting shotty quality for their interest. Also my same furniture can be purchased at another Space togo shop for around 200 bucks less. Atleast they just cost the crap cost. Roomstore requires crap furniture and places top end costs about it. You purchase from roomstore, you'll be scammed. That's the simply of it!
