I purchased some couches from their store in march and also the protector guarantee sevice aswell, after my sofa required guarantee providers they stated it'd have to be changed having a complete fresh collection that was good with me till a few months after shipping the chaise to my couches started to appear all clotted plus they sent a specialist that swore down and up they're a brand new collection which is really a rest you are able to tell somebody used them-but all theyll do for me personally is store fix its bull I'd like my cash back soooooooooooooooooo bad
