Terrible service

We purchased a leather sofa from Artwork Truck combined with the lifetime guarantee in 2007.inside the first six months the colour and color was carrying down. Named support plus they arrived and changed the chair pillows, but stated it was a courtesy only. Well, the colour has used off-again, and support arrived on the scene and will not do something about that issue.informed us that it's regular deterioration. A leather sofa must last for a long time. Our children possess a leather sofa that people offered them-and it's atleast 15 yrs old. Not a problem using the shade. I'm really upset with Artwork Truck for not looking after this issue also it appears because they are promoting poor furniture they wont stay behind. They've my cash and today the * using the client. Never purchase one more thing from their store, they've dropped their ETHICS.
