2 yrs before I requested furniture with custom furniture from EA. I had been cited 8-12 months. SIX MONTHS later, I still hadnot obtained my purchase. What actually troubled me was the possible lack of follow-up or problem about the section of my style advisor. I raised the problem towards the corp office. Corporate attributed the neighborhood upholsterer for that wait, despite the fact that the neighborhood seamstress did not have the furniture to complete the job.
