I've never completed this before, nevertheless my discontent with Ethan Allen has motivated me to alert others about that Organization. I bought the Quincy Mattress (as well as other furniture) in the Ethan Allen shop in Ny in the beggining of March. I had been wanting outoftown guests the very first week of July, and so I requested the mattress a few months ahead of time to make sure I'd have furniture over time for my outoftown visitors.

On Monday, it'll be 10 months and that I may have gotten no mattress.in the beginning my Custom lied and explained the mattress quit the manufacturer on May 10. I say she lied since after I called back per week later to get a position update, she again saidthe bed was in-transit, but could not find the mattress.in-transit to get a complete week and cannot discover the mattress??? Truly??? Therefore, I named the Organization Office in New City, CT simply to discover that my mattress wasn't in-transit, hadn't quit the factory and it has an updated day of July 14th. Thatis not really the day that the bed is likely to be shipped (nicely after my outoftown visitors leave), thatis just the day when Ethan Allen may obtain another update regarding this mattress.

While I expected Customer Support, how these were likely to resolve the problem Iam confronted with today, Iam informed "Iam sorry, but all we are able to do is delay about the mattress to reach." Our "custom" is never at the office and not returns telephone calls (completely worthless). I tried calling a/Boss of the Ny shop. She claims that she'll provide me a phone back by having an update and you know what, I Have never obtained a call-back. This type of person thus disorganized and scatter-brained that they are able to do is replicate the Ethan Allen rule that furniture is cutom designed to purchase. How is the fact that an answer of not providing furniture from the anticipated deadline?

I purchased furniture online, per month after purchasing from Ethan Allen, and also the furniture was shipped recently. I'd a much better knowledge purchasing online that coping with this low-budget organization.
