Horrible quality

I've purchased a large number of bucks of Ethan Allen furniture through the years. Five years back I purchased an extremely costly couch and loveseat upholstered by having an improved chenille material and improved down cushions. Following a couple of years the material about the cushions started to "go". They usually appear sloppy and wrinkled. I've named Ethan Allen on numerous events to determine when they can do something, no reaction. I got the cushions to an upholsterer plus they explained that Ethan Allen must have put a experiencing/support about the chenille therefore it might remain in location about the cushion and stay set. I settled a lot of money for "Ethan Allen" quality and today need to substitute them simply because they appear so terrible. I'd an identical encounter having a very costly bed I purchased from their store - $3000. After 5 years the bed was completely shot and bulging in the attributes.
