Poor quality

I'd bought Ethan Allen room and family room furniture within the early 1990s and was happy using the quality of the casegoods and upholstry.

In 2008 I chose to buy new living room furniture and visited my regional Ethan Allen shop. The salesperson was really pleasant till used to do not opt for her recommendations. I wound up buying many seats, a brand new couch and some casegoods towards the melody of $6000, which obviously wasn't an enormous purchase in her eyes. The couch is falling apart after 12 months, the material is substandard as-is the entire quality. I never had any follow-up from my salesperson and he or she is definitely too hectic with customers and never thinking about helping with little acquisitions of "components."
