Poor Workmanship and Service

I wanted that I'd read and taken notice of all of the web grievances about Ethan Allen. I understand that occasionally issues may FAIL, however itis currently obvious in my experience that Ethan Allen has issues with quality-control and customer support. I purchased some wood furniture. The conclusion was poorly completed, runs and sags within the varnish. One-piece had a doorway that willnot shut completely once the climate was damp. One-piece had a damage within the end over the top the technician could not repair. Ethan Allen explained that their finishes are troubled. They ultimately changed the damaged cell, however the new panel had a break. They explained that breaks aren't flaws, therefore there! I really couldnot think the reasons they created and also the method each goes about conducting business. It appears tome that with the grievances Ethan Allen gets, they're having actual issues. I applied to like Ethan Allen and that I've been happy previously with my purchases from their website. Today I Will need to purchase from others with better-quality control along with a significant dedication to client satisfaction.
