Bed not assembled correctly

Once the bed was shipped this Sunday they forgot to place the assistance items for that mattress. I called and questioned if this will not be placed at that time once the mattress had been constructed. They advised me that it's for another shipping. 24 hours later from the orange they resulted in and stated they forgot to include the assistance items for that mattress. After building the mattress the remaining in a rush. We recognized they did this type of poor work in building the mattress that people needed to upgrade anything they did.
