My sweetheart and that I requested furniture from Ashley on January 1st, our purchase was over $8,000. Ashley furniture was designed to provide our furniture on 3/27/10. Your day before delivery-we obtain a phone stating that of our furniture can come aside from the mattress. I had been about the telephone together for around 2 hours plus they explained the mattress is likely to be shipped on April 3rd. On 3/27 the family room furniture, dinning room furniture, and room furniture except the mattress was shipped. All the furniture was broken aside from the family room furniture. We allow the organization understand plus they delivered over a specialist who did only consider photos. Your day before April 3rd we did not notice from Ashley therefore we named plus they stated that our shipping was never planned. They rescheduled for a later date and stated the mattress won't come it's on back-order until June. After worrying they decided to provide the mattress, our torso (that was broken on 3/27 and delivered back), and also the dining area buffet (that was also broken on 3/27 and directed back). The mattress was shipped on 4/8, once they stated it'll not be shipped until July, however the torso and buffet weren't shipped simply because they arrived off the vehicle broken. We've named the organization numerous occasions, but we're not able to talk to a and everybody we talk to cannot do something or assist us.
