My spouse and that I purchased a finish desk and seat/ottoman. The things were sent to the closest shop and we visited choose them up. Sadly the seat/ottoman wouldn't easily fit in our vehicle. Since RoomStore won't provide something when it's delivered to its shops, we decided to stop the purchase. No body within the shop (three purchase people, no clients) might manage a reimbursement deal and so I needed to call-back the next morning to consult with an office supervisor. She explained there's a-10 percent restocking charge (it is within the agreement). I described it may be advisable when the sales agents also described that (they appear to mention a long warranty, could not they note a restocking charge?). Work supervisor essentially stated they do not mention it since it is within the agreement. The she continues to inform me the supervisor agreed to provide them in their own truck, but I told him no. That is clearly a rest. At no stage during our work to "return" them did anybody provide a means to fix obtaining the seat/ottoman to the house. Was advised to hire a vehicle and take action myself. Work supervisor said "that is exactly what the supervisor stated." Well, I actually donot care what he stated, he is a liar. And that's an ideal display of the "customer support" or absence there of. Our word-of guidance... You shouldn't be completed in by extravagant Television advertisements... Prevent this location. Poor customer support throughout. Within this era you might believe they'd try harder... But clearly RoomStoreis plan is consider the clientis cash and provide no support (if you don't wish to purchase the guarantee).
