I recently purchased a dinning and couch collection in the Roomstore, the shipping company wasn't great. These were overdue after shipping period after which sporting sneakers out and in that filthy my rug, wood floor, and harm my door-frame, steps wall in addition to couch leather.

Roomstore items are extremely low quality as all of the leather couch, loveset and seat have issues because of poor craftmanship. None of the dining seats are stability and several were really poor. I named the shop plus they called me to customer support as this really is after-sale. Customer support stated have to deliver anyone to alter and restore these products. Their support doesn't truly worry about clients' demand and need. Eg. After I told them I really could take the support call-in the weekday day or Fri, they named me couple of days later at night and explained support being sent on tomorrow Friday morning. I'm like Roomstore attempt to endure and really lowering edges about the items and discover the least expensive shipping support to allow them to take advantage in temporary.

Support person not able to repair couch collection and certainly will require another company phone. But, customer support stated they're not Roomstore and never much may do, backwards and forwards. I ultimately increased to store-manager and required furniture being changed using the great one.

Then later, I then found out my charge card being billed by RoomStore without agreement which triggered over borrowing limit and unfavorable credit history. RoomStore wont accountable for it stating that when I have to purchase a fresh collection after which return me moneylater.

Our experience with roomstore continues to be poor and wish others wont have to proceed through what I experienced. If you should be contemplating purchasing from Roomstore, you'll have to believe a great deal harder.
