Just Pissed - store manage

I'm a customer of rac, I have complained about their services for awhile now. Their people that they have there are rude & very unprofessional. I rent as of now 3 tvs, 1computer, Living room furniture. I only been late one time in the last year, but this year I ended up in the hospital & they had the nerve to call my home, after I had called them a couple of times to let them know that I was in the hospital. An employee by the name of Tron or Tren or whatever is very rude, he called my cell phone & threat me on it. Telling me that he didn't care if my daughter was under age & wasn't allow to open the door, he's going to make sure that he gets his stuff. So I called the mgr. Sidney told him & he act like he didn't care. So now I'm looking for answers because I'm about ready to go & get this young man arrested for threating my daughter. Rac is not a place of business it has no reason to be in business. So as of now they have their stuff & I'm talking to a lawyer about all of it. Due to the fact that I have invested a lot of money in the items. For all of you who live in my area you need to speak up.
