Late/nonesxistant delivery and ludicrously bad customer service

Bought a bed on 1/30. Was informed the bed was in-stock and also the basis could be in inside a couple of days. Our purchase purchase exhibits a shipping day of 2/4. On 2/11, named the shop that offered it in my experience and was informed I'd get a call-back having a position update. Never got a phone. Named the 800-number on 2/14 and lastly talked to somebody who might consider the purchase details. Was advised a) the bed is within the factory and devoted to our purchase and w) the building blocks was likely to appear on 2/11 and had probably been postponed due to the horrible blizzard we would only had.
