I bought a refridgerator, dishwasher and range on April 27th. It's July 11th and that I am still looking to get them shipped. I've invested atleast 20 hours and created more than 40 calls. Used to do not get call-backs in the shop division, the store-manager, the deploy department or customer relationships. After I was informed to contact the boss in Customer Relationships back the owner would not set me through! She rerouted me back again to shipping. The store stated they do not deploy, the install individuals stated contact the shop. Customer Support delivered me back about the cycle. Never any quality. Lastly, my devices are said to be shipped Friday, nevertheless when I named install to obtain them mounted - yes, you thought it - contact the shop, the store claims they do not deploy, contact the 888 range. I named Customer Relationships today plus they set me back again to the shipping people, despite the fact that I particularly informed them I required the boss who requested me to call-back if my problem wasnt' fixed! I'll NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM BESTBUY. I've lost SO ENOUGH TIME looking to get the devices I settled for.
