DON'T BUY FROM SEARS - kenmore dishwashe

You will waste so much time without your appliance working, it will be MUCH cheaper and you will not kill your husband (or wife) when you can simply call up your local appliance dealer whom you have purchased your slightly over priced item at (that you could have purchased at Sears for less money). Sears will not show up when scheduled and will say they had no record of your request... Then you call them up (they are in India) and they can't get anyone there for two weeks and they only come on Monday and if you schedule an appointment to lock it in and then try to go up the chain of command to complain (they send you somewhere else in India) they won't reschedule your appointment earlier b/c you already have an appt. Scheduled; I went 2 months without a refrigerator. And, this is all with the "Master Agreement" You have to beg and steal to get someone who can do anything, which is usually a "sorry" and maybe an appointment in one week. We will not renew our service agreement and will simply call a local repairman - it is such a crock of crap. I will never buy from Sears again.
