This has got to be one of the worst retailers I have ever had to deal with, considering at one point it was the ONLY place we went for any needs we had whether it be for remodeling of our home or purchasing new appliances or other big items. We remodeled our kitchen in January of this year which we hadn't gotten to do for years. Our dream turned into a nightmare, from our counter tops being completely wrong to the customer service in resolving this matter (which 6 months later has not been resolved). We had to cut a hole in our wall, sink didn't even come close to fitting in the hole that they cut out from them. Measurements we gave them 2-3 times just to make sure, they still got wrong! And the worst part is when I called to discuss and get resolved I was treated like "oh well sorry for you"! If you are gonna remodel your home, I would NOT recommend going to Home Depot, I wouldn't remodel a dog house with them!
