Granite Countertops Paid in October, Still No Kitchen Sink

I paid in full in October for granite countertops, and neither Home Depot nor All Countertops has finished putting them in. For more than three months, starting in October, my kitchen has had no sink and has been out of use. Each time they set a completion date, they move it or cancel for one reason or another.

I picked Home Depot because I believed it would be a convenient "one-stop" purchase, and that was a big mistake. Managing and verifying the contractors they hire is not something they care about.

The biggest joke is All Countertops, who insist that ordering, delivery and installation are out of their hands and not their responsibility.

Half of my kitchen now has granite in place and the rest cannot be used. We have eaten at restaurants since October because there is no sink for washing dishes or cleaning up.

Whenever I phone to sort this out, Home Depot passes me from person to person without anyone accepting responsibility, and All Countertops keeps lying to me to drag things out.
