Morons in the tool rental shop

My husband called th HD tool rental in advance to confirm they had a belt sander available. Didn't realize we needed to specifically inquire if it was working:- (2 morons running the shop advise at arrival to the store, "oh, it's tagged out for service." They couldn't get thei lazy fannies off a stool to see if another location had "working" belt sander. Thanks HD, always love wasting an hour driving across town just to come up empty!
