Enefits not available to me in required time

I finished my evaluation applicatin on April 15 and sent all info required by deadline of May 4. I approached the DCF call-center to confirm they were obtained and was informed these were which I've to hold back thirty days for this to be prepared. On May 15 I looked over my entry consideration also it claims my advantages continues to be refused since I did not submit evidence of earned revenue, this is the issue I did send a work type on May 2 and was guaranteed that it had been obtained. Please support me since I've 4 children and also havenot obtained my advantages in over per month I've a fax verification and my entry consideration suggests that my files were obtained from the deadline. Somebody created an error which is creating my loved ones to deny. Please help!!
