TXU will not accept receipt of cost that I posted on August 5. They've positioned a disconnect notice for that precise quantity that's been taken from my consideration that TXU has obtained. I've submitted all files such as for instance; confirmations from TXU's site confirming cost continues to be obtained with verification # such as the day of July 5 in addition to contacting TXU a duplicate of my bank record that exhibits the cost was taken and obtained by TXU. Please, please send me some support!!! I want support battling this matter since TXU won't admit their errors and mistakes to fix the issue. Thanks please.
