Taking money out of account

On Feb. 3 Excellent enjoyment required the $19.99 out-of my bill. I subsequently named and spoken to some consultant and he or she explained that given that they had required the cash that I have to try to discover anything on the site to obtain some advantages of it and also to call-back before the following month to stop. I then take a look at my declaration again and about the 7th they're attempting to consider another $19.99 out-of my consideration which can make my account overdrawn. I don't possess the cash to keep spending them for nothing and that I sure don't need 2 funds obtained! Today I'm annoyed! I'm creating this to tell them after which I'll be calling them after I get home!
