Cannot be reached - failed to provide rebates promised

I registered for Verizon FIOS and was informed I'd get a $300.00 refund on goods bought over a-12 month time. I had been to pick a store and publish unique check out bills that totalled $100.00 every month and that I might get a gift-card for that same store for $25.00 for every month posted. I'venot obtained something and can't achieve them. I'm cheated!
