FIOS Completely lied about cost of service

Promised better service and lower rates
Told bill would be less than Comcast which was approx $ 175... Verizon has been higher every single month... This month current charges are $ 311... How is this even possible
Have had to call every month as bill has been wrong
promised credit 3 months ago and still not processed
Customer service is not open when customers need them... Evenings & weekends
They only open M-F during business hours so I have to take lunch hours to fix every month...
Fed up going back to comcast
Verizon lied and is decitful... Classic bait and switch
