Awful service

I recently registered for that Verizon Fios web and Television company. I created the error of supplying them a creditcardnumber at that time of putting the purchase. Verizon from the orange billed me $198 and will not give a document statement. I've named them numerous occasions and every time they state the statement has been shipped and that I might have it in 3 business days. They state that the orignal bill was sent in my experience, that we never obtained. I've no idea why I had been billed $198 bucks, after I closed to get a $79.99 per month strategy without any installation costs. Verizon absolutely must quit this rip-off or atleast they'd have one less client. I'll challenge the cost using the charge card business.
