Unauthorized charge

I've Verizon fios support and approved a promotional 3-month free Film Bundle. I terminated it inside the 3 months so when I obtained the statement I noticed they had charged for that next month. I named Verizon and also the Repetition explained to pay for the entire quantity plus they might credit me the next month. I questioned why I really couldnot withhold the total amount in the statement and was informed easily did not spend the entire quantity there wouldbe an underpayment penalty cost. To express the rent I becaume just a little annoyed and required also talk to a boss. I had been informed there is no boss accessible which I really could withhold the amont in the statement without any fee. Beware verizon's of free campaigns!!!
