Geek Squad Incompetence - Dell desktop compute

Brought my 3 Year Old Desk Top Dell PC to Best Buy (purchased at Best Buy) to have the Geek Squad remove malware. I was initially told 3-4 days for service. On the 4th day, I called and was told it would be 4 more days. I called again after 4 days and was told a couple of more hours. I asked what would be a safe time for me to come by and was told 3 PM. I arrived at 4 and was told at least another hour. I again asked what was a safe time and was told 8 PM. I arrived at 8 PM and was told it wouldn't be ready until the next day. At this point I engaged the store manager in discussion. He did give me his extention and told me to call him in the morning. I called as directed and over the course of the next several hours spoke to him 2 more times before he alerted me it was OK to come pick it up. He had intimated there would be some service recovery effort to mitigate my time and frustration but nothing has happened. I filed an unsatisfactory survey but have not heard anything to date. I am unsure I will buy anthing there in the future.
