Sold me a floor model that didn't work and gave me trouble when I returned it

Circuit city sold me a crappy floor model Sony TV. I walked up to a salesperson and said I want that 19" RCA tv right there, and he's all like I will sell you this more expensive 21" sony floor model for the same price. It didn't have a remote control, but I already had a universal one at home. I got it home and turned it on. The reception was horrible and the closed captioning was stuck on. I took it back and the manager comes out and yells at me because I don't have the box.

I had to get irate before they finally exchanged it for the new working RCA one that I wanted in the first place, but what a pain in the *ss. Keep your crappy floor models Circuit city. I make more money now. I have bought a lot of expensive electronics since, but not from Circuit city. Too bad for you. I advise anyone else to not buy from them either. They are dishonest.
