I had a mitubishi 48 inch tv it was brand new for 99.00 a month plus the extras i told them i wanted a cheaper tv bad times fell on us and we had to go cheaper also the size was a factor after getting it home. Well they traded me out for a diffrent tv acually they started me over on payments the problem is the tv they gave me is a 2 year old tv for the same price as the new one i had and its smaller for the same price its a hitachi 43 inch tv that is two yrs old and hitachi dont even make this tv anymore.

Well they did not take me thru the contract for the tv i went from new tv to old tv for the same price and even with less features. When i confronted them i told them and all they said is i know its older. I told them i looked at rent a center and tvs there i could get new and smaller and pay less there answer to that was then go to rent a center now what kinda buisness tells you to go to there competitor there is something wrong with that. Rude and misleading
