Staff is rude unknowledgeable and completely unprofessional in their behavio

I have had the misfortune of having to shop at this store a few times. I have found the staff to be be very unhelpful and downright rude in their conduct. This stores employees are so "ghetto" and unprofessional that a complete overhaul of this store is neeeded!!! Additionally, they dont have a clue about the products they sell and you cant depend on them to give you competent advice about home repairs or products!!! I was so disgusted that I decided to leave the store and research and buy the item I needed online via amazon.com.

Lowes if your reading this please open a store in the bronx, we desperately need an alternative to home depot!!!
