Employees Watched YouTube and Gave Untrue Open Box Information

The worst experience I've ever had in Best Buy the employees would go talk and watch YouTube videos in between checking to see if they had the products I was looking for and were telling me info that was untrue about open box items I figured that since I was spending $5000.00 in the store I would've got some decent service but was so horrible I ended up returning all the items and brought my business elsewhere and are unsure if I will ever go to the Best Buy in North Attleboro again
