Complaint - treated extremely bad by a target department store mgr. At the target store in new port richey fl. Store phone 727-841-6600. Store mgr. John jay, not sure about the last name. Situation was a return of a virgin airtime card which could not be activated because there was no pin for my mother to enter. I worked with virgin mobile and they told me to take it back to target. The store mgr. Did not care he stated no return policy and didn't offer to help. He said the pin number was the bar-code number and of course it wasn't but he wouldn't listen and said i won't do anything goodbye. I then tried to load it on the computer and used 12 sets of numbers from the card and from the reciept. Then called virgin mobile again—they helped and said i should have never been treated that way. They acknowledged the pin problem and activated the 100 minutes for my mother. Never never will i shop target again... Was a good customer. Phil carson 727-364-5454
