Stole my phone, i sent phone a month ago and received no payment and they won't communicate with me

I received a quote on 7/9, i sent my phone, they received my phone on 8/7, they sent an email saying my payment was sent on 8/16 i have yet to receive anything and they don't even respond to you. I have a order # and everything i even have the so called times they received my phone and sent payment.
