I created an appt per week in advance to repair my shattered ice-maker that I bought with my Refrigerator from lowes

I purchased the warranty that we discover to become ineffective I'd to contact a business called A & E for my fix

They named the night time before and stated these were arriving. I had been suppose to truly have a technology below from 8am-12pm

At 1145 I get an automatic information informing me the technology is working late and might contact me when he's on his method

I waited until 1pm after which named lowes. I talked having a feminine supervisor who stated she'd contact a & elizabeth and contact me back, she never did I subsequently named lowes about 1.5hrs later and talked with Anthony. Then he named and waited on-hold and was discouraged like I had been when he named me back but atleast he called me back. Although awaiting his phone the technology named and stated he'd be below between 2 and 3 and so I waited and waited and undoubtedly no body turned up or named by 3pm. I'm completed with the corporation and lowes ought to be completed with them aswell. This inexcusable and incredible. I'll never use that organization again

I don't understand what to complete about my guarantees for my devices. Avoid a&e horrible...
