Purchased a Samsung Refrigerator 10-09-06 and on 01-07-08 the ice-maker went for that 4th period. I named the Lowes Service-Center plus they desired to create a company visit. I purchased the 4-year EPP price $200.00 they stated there is nothing they might do, I'd need to contact the shop to keep in touch with the supervisor. And so I contact the shop get placed on store for 26 moments and also the woman solutions claims that are you keeping for after which places me on-hold again. I remained on-hold another 7 minutes before some acquired and that I told them used to donot desire to be placed on hold no further. Therefore the woman takes my title and quantity and stated she'd obtain a supervisor to contact me back. Today thats what I contact $#! Tty service. Still waiting about the phone.
