I bought a NIKON coolpix M-820 camera for my child. It got horrible, fuzzy images. I delivered the camera back because it was under manufactur's guarantee. Didn't notice a term from Nikon for over per month. Approached them-and was informed these were awaiting components. Long delay. I reported, plus they delivered me Coolpix M-810 that was worse compared to first camera. I required a return or even the capability to buy a DSLR. Nikon mentioned they might do neither. They informed us to deliver camera back for restoration. Our child actually delivered boss, David Dentry (client relationships) images which were obtained from camera and he charged her of enhancing the photos. Nikon is significantly less than useful. There client relations division is just a laugh. This issue isn't caused by neglect, it's caused by faulty items. Nikon must do whatever they are able to to create things right. Alternatively, they might care less.

I'd recommend keeping away from Nikon items. A business is just just like their customer support as it pertains to some dilemma!
