Warranties on Cameras are Bogus

I have received my Nikon Camera back from Nikon along with ceritified mail which had proof of purchase, warranty is still in effect, however Nikon did nothing and the Camera still does not turn on and function.

Update October 28 - After returning to Walmart the manager spoke with Nikon and then Nikon sent UPS return label which used to return the camera once more, but the warranty service lied once more and said they fixed it, but in realty when it was shipped back to me the camera did does not turn on; they did absolutely nothing to the camera.
