The support that I Have obtained in the Nikon restoration division is completely horrible. I bought a Nikon S710 camera in September '08 and was just in a position to utilize it shortly (about 45 times) prior to the first deficiency. I actually named Corporate simply to possess the owner blindly forward me to some voicemail mailbox. I did so get a regular telephone call but nonetheless find myself no nearer to quality. Because of the insufficient reaction, I Have come to some published notice towards the boss of the organization hoping of getting the camera changed.
Nikon has totally dropped my religion like a customer that will be unfortunate since I have've been a die hard Kodak client and required the jump to Nikon with this particular last purchase. It is also sad this is my first encounter using the organization.
