Hrs usa & best buy - rebate ripoff

Purchased a computer from best buy and financed through thier company -hrs usa. Best buy offered a $350 rebate with the purchase...

I sent in all required receipts and couments; best buy rejected my rebate request repeatedly -claiming they needed more information.

I complied with all of their requests promtly and got no where. Finally i received a letter that the rebate offer had expired and not to make another request.

I complained to the best buy store in amarillo, tx. But the salesperson said that the rebate is just a gimic to get people to buy. He said it is almost impossible to collect.

I complained to hrs usa and best buy but was ignored at all attmempts... I am paying off this account today but the computer cost me addtional $300 due to late postings of payments and charging $29 a month no mater when i sent the payment.
