I bought a product with the rebate, rebate was advertised but the rebate form was not available

I purchased an item from Office Depot with 35 $ rebate. At the store rebate did not print out, their web site did not have it, I called their 800 number, they did not know about the rebate.

Finally i found it online printed it and mailed. It was mailed late because i could not find the rebate anywhere, so I got rejected.

Office Depot does not want to do anything, but it is their fault, they advertised a rebate with the product and never provided a rebate.
