Toys R Us unfriendly and cramped

My trip to Toys R Us in Sioux Falls, SD was miserable. Everything was poorly organized. I understand its close to Christmas and everyone is getting their last minute shopping done. I would think the store would recognize this as being one of the busiest times of the year ad would properly prepare for this. Not even a little bit, the aisles were narrow. They had shelving and other toys in the main walking areas and i don't mean typical store set up every couple feet was another one. It made it almost impossible to maneuver your way through. I had a particular item in mind that I was looking for and after checking the store from front to back I decided to ask someone. The lady I did ask (who was in full uniform) responded by saying well I'm not on the clock anymore rudely and kept walking. I watched her and she didn't exit the store but sat down in the middle of the store and was talking to another co-worker. I was so upset now I have to keep digging my way around to find some oft else to help me. I was very tempted to abandon the things I had already found and exit the store. The person who finally did help me walked so quickly I couldn't keep up with all the clutter everywhere and people who were doing the same at one point I completely lost him and gave up on trying to find my item.
