Lies and does false advertising about warenty of products they sell

Amazon.com false advertising says they will warranty product you buy through them. I made a purchase and then reported it did not work when I opened it, the day after I received it. They said I did not report it on time. I sent a notice that it was the day after I received it. They said they stand by their decision. I wrote a letter to Headquarters and they did not have the courtesy to answer me. So Amazon.com LIES and is False Advertising. If you were also screwed by them please let me know so we can get a class action law suit started.
